About LEAMAC
We are Unique. We are an Art Club with a difference, we are not just for painting with the Traditional paints or Pastels but for all types of medium.
- Stitchers paint with threads or cottons
- Photographers paint with light
- Knitters paint with wool
- Embroiders and Stitchers paint with Cotton
- Card makers paint with bits and bobs of card and glue
- Cartoonists paint with humour
We are a relatively new club only starting in 2009. We welcome friendly people from all walks of life who will share their artistic skills and the enthusiasm for their art, with others who are of a similar mind set.
People of all abilities including beginners, experts and juniors are welcome. So come along and meet us on a Thursday Evening and see if you like what we have to offer.
Only £2.50 per session when you attend.
Meetings
Thursday Evening
Our Thursday evening sessions are held at the The Petersham Hall Long Eaton from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.
Membership
Potential new members are given the option to come along for three sessions and pay the session fee only, for a trial period, before deciding whether to join us on a permanent basis. The Annual Membership Fee will be due after this time. You may of course wish to join during the trial period. The Annual Fee will be payable at this point.
Annual Membership is £10 due on March 1st every year.
Family Membership is available and cost will depend on the number of adults and children.

LEAMAC in rEvive shop in Long Eaton
We've gathered up some lovely pieces of work from our members and what a talented bunch of artists and crafters they are! If you're passing the shop this coming week, please have a look at the fantastic selection of work in the windows. We're only in there for a week and we're holding a free drop-in dot painting taster session next Saturday, 7 October, from 11.00 till 1.00, which is suitable for all ages, so why not have a go!
